CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Jason Grant is the Chief Information Officer for Call9. In this role, he leads Call9 in defining, executing and managing a technology-enabled, data-driven business solution that is transforming how healthcare is delivered. Through an innovative business model and appropriate technology to enable it, Call9 will help millions of patients and save billions of dollars that account for part of the waste in today’s healthcare system.
Prior to joining Call9, Grant was VP, Population Health and CIO for the Vanderbilt Health Affiliated Network, a leading clinically integrated network with more than 50 hospitals and 5,000 providers. Grant has 30 years of experience in starting, scaling and transforming businesses, particularly in healthcare, through the appropriate application of technology to solve business problems. He also served as SVP Operations and IT at Clinically Home, a startup focused on disruptive change in healthcare by providing Hospital Care at Home. He was also VP, Solutions at Healthways where he led the efforts to transform the population health business through the development of a government business unit and the technology platform to run the entire population health business.
Grant has significant experience in business, management and technology consulting, having consulted with leading organizations in healthcare, including both payers and providers as well as other industries. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He has spent his career helping businesses meet their goals through the appropriate use and management of technology.
